SureCoat Densifiers & Sealers

SureCoat Systems’ SS-1007 (and SS-1007-L, for extremely deteriorated materials) are penetrating low viscosity densifiers that will stop moisture vapor drive on stone, brick, block-masonry, concrete walls, concrete floors, and concrete roofs by penetrating up to 4”. The product works by filling the capillaries with a silica gel that becomes an integral part of the building material. A clean surface area is then ready for our clear penetrating waterproof sealer SS-5000, StrucSureCoat (single component epoxy hybrid wall coating) or SureCoat Systems’ Garage Floor (floor coating with unlimited chip color possibilities).

SureCoat 5000 Water Repellent is designed to waterproof and seal concrete, masonry and wood. It will penetrate ½” or more depending on the density of the surface to which it is applied. SS-5000 works best if applied following application of SS-1007 or SS-1007-S. SS-5000 will not change the appearance of the surface it is applied to.

SureCoat 1007 and 1007-S sealers penetrate up to 4” into the substrate of concrete (depending upon the concrete composition), harden and become an integral part of the concrete resulting in a much denser and stronger concrete. SS-1007 and SS-1007-S sealer also “coats” the rebar in the concrete to prevent deterioration from moisture and contaminants. SureCoat sealers stop water, oil, gas, grease, salts and other fluids from damaging the concrete. The penetrating sealers and water repellent provides long-lasting durability and does not alter the appearance of the concrete or masonry it is applied to.
