Most property managers have a relationship with a group of preferred contractors based on a history of working together. SureCoat Systems offers training and technical support for contractors that are interested in becoming Certified SureCoat Applicators. There is no charge to become certified. It is expected that a contractor will need a little help with estimating the labor costs of installing a SureCoat System, we help with that too. We know that it is important to have a project run smoothly as it is a reflection of the advice or opinion you may have shared with your property owner. When the contractor knows how to use our products correctly, the property owner’s repair money is maximized. Instead of paying for a service call and getting a temporary repair with mastic, the owner can get a SureCoat repair that can be integrated into a full system at a later time. The most important part of using any product is to know how to use it correctly. SureCoat Systems specialists will be there for you from start to finish on your projects.

  • General specifications written in a professional format for projects that will go out to bid. Everything is detailed and SureCoat Systems’ experts can estimate the cost of a project to set budgets for a client before a project goes out to bid. 

  • Property owners can plan for routine maintenance before the wet season, eliminating the need to pay large sums for emergency leak repairs. 

  • Samples are available for test patterns and adhesion pull tests prior to recommending applications for a project.
