All roof and wall products are VOC compliant for use in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) areas, the strictest in the Nation. 

One of the highest rated reflective coatings with Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) at 81% reflective and 93% thermal emittance (after 3 years in use and dirty). The SureCoat cool wall coatings are very similar; there are no standardized test methods for walls available yet. 

SureCoat densifiers add structural integrity by penetrating up to 4”.  

SureCoat densifiers will increase PSI strength as it becomes an integral part of the original building material and acts as a vapor moisture barrier. 

Highest quality clear penetrating sealers allow for waterproofing of natural materials such as masonry, concrete, brick and stone.  

General specifications have been written in a professional format, so that adjustments for each project can be made and dropped into your existing specification format. Everything is detailed.  

Samples are available for test patterns and adhesion pull tests prior to recommending applications for a project. 

SureCoat Systems can represent the material expert for any presentation or job inspections prior to recommendation of a specific system. The specification will be submitted directly to the consultant; no direct contact with your client about pricing; specifications or recommendations are made unless requested. 

Material only warranties that cover ponding on flat roofs are available from Certified SureCoat Applicators at no additional cost to your client. (This is priceless as most coating manufacturers will not cover ponding at any price.) 

Wall coating warranties include coverage for chipping, peeling, flaking and cracks up to 1/16”. 

Labor and material warranties are available.

Comparing the system choices and warranty coverage including additional costs, is always important to the client. Most coating warranties only cover manufacturing defects. Even when a labor and material warranty is issued (for an additional fee), the contractor is on the hook for labor and materials for the first 4 to 7 years. We suggest you always ask the material supplier up front for a copy of the manufacturer’s finished warranty, including exclusions that your customer will receive, after the project is complete. Ask for the cost of that warranty. Most manufacturers will only provide a warranty for manufacturing defects and that warranty is over the moment the material leaves the pail.
